This complaint is against Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and Idea Cellular, and he has written a letter to the telecom regulator regarding this and urged “strict action” and says that these companies are in violation of this alleged transaction license terms.
Reliance Jio, led by Mukesh Ambani in his letter on April 10, said that these companies are adopting various methods like special packages and plans to keep the customers away from leaving the network.
Vodafone spokesperson said about this that the company offers according to the needs of the customer and it is in accordance with all the rules. At the same time, Bharti Airtel spokesperson rejected the said charges and said that the company adheres to all regulatory instructions. Also, there was no response from IDEA Cellular sent to this email.
Prior to this, Airtel had strongly criticized Geo’s Dhan Dhan Dhan offer saying that the new offer of Geo is like the old wine in the new bottle. The company said that the new plan of Geo is similar to its previous plan, which was banned by the telecom regulator. Along with this, Airtel also said that the financial condition of the industry is getting worse. In such a case it is very important to take action on this matter.
