Fujifilm India Pvt. Ltd Thursday launched the new ‘Instax Mini 9’ camera in the Indian market for Rs 5,999. It is an instant camera, which gives the print out of the photos as soon as you click the photo. This camera comes with a selfie mirror next to the lens, so that users can click photos from the right angle.

The Instax Mini 9 is equipped with a close-up lens. Apart from this, there is an automatic exposure measurement for the setting of Aperture. Instax Mini 9 has a hike mode so that users can take bright photos. The Fuxi Films family has Mini 25, Mini 70, Mini 90, Wide 300 and mini Hello Kitty already in the INSTAX family.
The company has set a target to generate revenue of Rs 120 crore by selling these products in India. According to Yoshienobu Nishima, managing director of Fujifilm India, the company sold 3.9 million of its products last year, while it has now targeted to make 5 million globally.
Fujifilm has signed an online shopping portal Flipkart for the sale of these cameras and other procts. Menon of Flipkart vice-president, Adarsh Menon, said that due to the increase in the interest of the people, we are continuously growing. According to Menon, the partnership with Fujifilm is a matter of great happiness for him.
These cameras allow users to take printouts of hand-held photos. Fujifilm photo printer sold at a price of Rs 14,499. This allows users to take printouts of photos taken from their mobile phones.
